A limited-edition Nintendo Switch OLED console released in 2022 to mark the launch of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Its scarlet-and-violet finish and matching dock make it a compact showcase of the series’ latest palette.
The unit features a 7-inch OLED screen, 64 GB internal storage, and Joy-Con controllers in matching scarlet and violet. The dock is finished in the same two-tone scheme, and the console’s rear bears a subtle Poké Ball motif.
The console ships with no pre-installed software, but its colorway was designed to complement the open-world adventures of Scarlet and Violet, released the same day.
As the first Switch OLED variant tied to a mainline Pokémon title, the edition quickly became a collector’s benchmark for pairing hardware aesthetics with generational game launches.
