A limited-edition Nintendo DS Lite finished in metallic blue and pearl white, released in Japan to mark the 2006 launch of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. Collectors prize the etched legendary dragons on the lid and the matching stylus, both absent from the standard retail palette.
The unit retains the DS Lite’s clamshell design, dual screens, and Wi-Fi, but adds a custom top-bezel graphic of Dialga and Palkia in flight. The matching stylus is translucent with a silhouette of each Pokémon. No internal hardware changes were made.
Bundled with a pre-installed demo of Pokémon Diamond or Pearl depending on region, the console plays the entire DS library and is fully backward-compatible with Game Boy Advance cartridges via the slot.
Released only in Japan in a run of roughly 10,000 units, the variant quickly sold out and remains a touchstone for Pokémon hardware collectors seeking first-edition Sinnoh-era memorabilia.
