Terms of Service

RetroStronghold is a web app for tracking retro game collections — cartridges, discs, consoles, manuals, accessories — with loose, CIB, and sealed price lookups and collection value totals, plus optional Market tools that add automatic daily price updates, value charts and reports, and watch-list alerts. Collection tracking and price lookups are free. Market tools require a paid membership.

You must provide a real email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or threaten the Site.

You own the collection data and profile content you add. By posting it, you grant us a license to store, display, and (where you choose public) share it as part of the Site’s normal operation. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is illegal, harassing, or infringing.

Live prices are sourced from Price Charting under a permitted arrangement and are provided for personal collection-tracking use. They are guides, not appraisals or offers to buy or sell. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on them. Membership pricing is shown on the Site and may change; changes apply to new billing periods.

No scraping, bulk automated access, or reverse-engineering beyond normal browsing. No attempting to bypass rate limits, payment, or access controls. No using the Site to distribute malware or attack other systems.

The Site is provided “as is” during early access. Features may change, break, or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

You may stop using the Site and cancel membership anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Site ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when it does. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
