Qubed bundles three XBLA puzzle titles—Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved, Lumines LIVE!, and Every Extend Extra Extreme—onto a single Xbox 360 disc. Collectors value the set for its scarcity after Microsoft delisted the individual games from the Marketplace.
Each game retains its original XBLA feature set: twin-stick arena shooter, block-matching rhythm puzzler, and chain-reaction score chaser. Local co-op and leaderboards function offline, and the disc version removes all DLC requirements.
Microsoft commissioned the compilation in 2009 to give retail presence to three digital-only hits. Sumo Digital handled the modest mastering work; no new content was added.
Physical copies sold only through retail chains and quickly went out of print. Today the sealed edition commands a premium among completionists seeking every licensed Xbox 360 release.
